Our factory has the storage capacity for 1,950,000 liters of finished product in stainless steel tanks. In addition, they are equipped with a complete and sophisticated piping system, perfect for transferring alcohol in complete safety while always guaranteeing its quality.
We carefully carry out the aging for a minimum of 6 months in 225 liters oak barrels and 500 liters Sherry Casks Certified.
Our barrels offer greater contact between the wood and the alcohol, guaranteeing the best flavour, aroma and colour. In addition, each one has its own digital identification that further facilitates its control and traceability.
We currently have an aging capacity of 1,400,000 liters per year.
During year 2025, the second phase of construction of the factory will begin, where the barrel park will be expanded, doubling the current aging capacity, as well as the installation of a distillation tower for brandy.
